Compassionate Conversations
Our Compassionate Conversations as a Manager training is designed for up to 25 learners to understand the importance of fostering empathetic and supportive dialogue in the workplace. Participants will gain practical skills to lead with compassion, build stronger relationships, and create a positive and inclusive work environment, all while keeping the experience engaging and enjoyable.
Participants will learn about the core principles of compassionate conversations, including active listening, emotional intelligence, and fostering a culture of empathy.
