Real-life stories and case studies will highlight the benefits of high emotional intelligence in the workplace. Additionally, participants will learn strategies to develop their own emotional intelligence and how to foster an emotionally intelligent culture within their teams. The training also covers the role of emotional intelligence in enhancing workplace communication and reducing stress.
