Our Health and Safety at Work training provides up to 25 learners with a comprehensive understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act, including the duties and responsibilities of both employers and employees. Participants will gain practical knowledge on how to identify and mitigate workplace hazards, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
By completing this course, individuals will ensure they adhere to health and safety regulations, reducing the risk of workplace accidents and promoting overall well-being.

Understanding the Health and Safety at Work Act
Overview: Introduction to the Health and Safety at Work Act, its purpose, and its scope.
Key Provisions: Detailed explanation of the key provisions and requirements of the Act.
Regulatory Bodies: Overview of the roles of regulatory bodies such as the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
Duties and Responsibilities
Employer Responsibilities: Explanation of employer duties, including risk assessments, providing training, and ensuring a safe workplace.
Employee Responsibilities: Overview of employee duties, including following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
Management and Supervision: Roles of management and supervisors in maintaining health and safety standards.
Identifying and Mitigating Hazards
Common Workplace Hazards: Identification of common hazards in various work environments.
Risk Assessments: Steps to conduct effective risk assessments and implement control measures.
Preventive Measures: Techniques for preventing accidents and injuries through proper workplace design and procedures.
Legal Compliance

Once you have purchased a training package we will be in contact to book a date. Always contact us first to check date availability if you need a specific date to avoid disapointment, as we cannot guarantee dates until booking is complete.
After booking, all cancellations will incur a minimum 15% charge. Cancellations within 1 week of the training date will incur a 50% admin charge and cancellations within 48 hours of the training date will incur an 80% admin charge.
This training is compliant with UK Laws and does not apply to employees outside of the UK.
Full payment is required within 14 days of booking or dates cannot be held.
