Fierce Accountability
Our Fierce Accountability in Leadership training is designed for up to 25 learners to understand the critical role of accountability in effective leadership. Participants will gain practical skills to uphold and promote accountability, fostering a culture of trust and high performance within their organizations.
Participants will learn about the core principles of fierce accountability, such as taking responsibility, setting clear expectations, and holding oneself and others accountable. They will understand key concepts related to accountability in leadership, including transparency, integrity, and constructive feedback. The course includes insights from renowned experts like Patrick Lencioni, author of "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team," and Brené Brown, author of "Dare to Lead." Real-life stories and case studies will highlight the impact of accountability on organizational development. Additionally, participants will learn strategies to develop their own accountability practices and how to foster a culture of accountability within their teams. The training also covers the role of fierce accountability in driving organizational change and achieving business goals.

Finally, participants will develop personal action plans, commit to change, and receive resources for further learning.
