Our GDPR Training provides up to 25 learners with a thorough understanding of data protection principles, data handling procedures, and individual responsibilities under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Participants will gain practical knowledge on how to ensure compliance with GDPR, thereby protecting personal data and avoiding legal penalties.

Understanding GDPR
Overview: Introduction to GDPR, its purpose, and its scope.
Key Principles: Detailed explanation of the key principles of GDPR, including lawfulness, fairness, transparency, data minimization, and accuracy.
Rights of Data Subjects: Overview of the rights of individuals under GDPR, such as the right to access, rectify, and erase their data.
Data Handling Procedures
Data Collection: Best practices for collecting personal data lawfully and transparently.
Data Processing: Guidelines for processing personal data in compliance with GDPR.
Data Storage: Secure methods for storing personal data to prevent unauthorized access and breaches.
Data Sharing: Rules and best practices for sharing personal data with third parties.
Individual Responsibilities
Employee Responsibilities: Overview of individual duties in ensuring GDPR compliance, including data handling and reporting obligations.

Once you have purchased a training package we will be in contact to book a date. Always contact us first to check date availability if you need a specific date to avoid disapointment, as we cannot guarantee dates until booking is complete.
After booking, all cancellations will incur a minimum 15% charge. Cancellations within 1 week of the training date will incur a 50% admin charge and cancellations within 48 hours of the training date will incur an 80% admin charge.
This training is compliant with UK Laws and does not apply to employees outside of the UK.
Full payment is required within 14 days of booking or dates cannot be held.
