Our Managing Stress at Work training is designed for up to 25 learners to understand the importance of effectively managing stress in the workplace. Participants will gain practical skills to identify stressors, implement stress management techniques, and foster a healthy and supportive work environment, all while keeping the experience engaging and enjoyable.

 

Participants will learn about the core principles of stress management, including recognizing early signs of stress, understanding its impact on health and productivity, and developing resilience. They will explore key concepts related to stress reduction, such as mindfulness practices, time management strategies, and creating a balanced work-life dynamic. The course includes insights from wellness experts and real-life examples to highlight the benefits of effective stress management on employee well-being and organizational success. Additionally, participants will discover creative strategies to make stress management a positive and integral part of their daily routine.

 

By completing the course, participants will be equipped to handle workplace stress with confidence and empathy, creating a more supportive and productive work environment. They will learn practical steps to support their own well-being and that of their colleagues, improving overall performance and job satisfaction. The training also covers how to communicate effectively about stress, manage challenges, and develop practices that promote a healthy work culture.

 

The course content includes an introduction to managing stress at work, explaining its importance and setting clear goals. It covers understanding the core principles of stress management, including recognizing early signs of stress, understanding its impact on health and productivity, and developing resilience. Participants will learn the best practices for mindfulness, time management, and creating a balanced work-life dynamic.

 

The role of managers and employees in fostering a stress-free work culture will be explored, highlighting the importance of empathy and proactive support. Participants will engage in fun activities and real-life case studies to develop practical skills and creative solutions for stress management. Strategies for maintaining team morale and productivity while managing stress will also be provided.

 

The course will cover identifying and addressing potential stressors, outlining techniques for resilience and adaptability. Building a culture of support and well-being through continuous learning and community building will be emphasized. Finally, participants will develop personal action plans, commit to fostering a healthy work environment, and receive resources for further learning.

 

The course duration is 90 minutes, designed for up to 25 employees. It is delivered online, but for in-person or hybrid training, please contact us directly. The date is to be confirmed, so if you have a specific date in mind, please check availability first.

    Once you have purchased a training package we will be in contact to book a date. Always contact us first to check date availability if you need a specific date to avoid disapointment, as we cannot guarantee dates until booking is complete.

    After booking, all cancellations will incur a minimum 15% charge. Cancellations within 1 week of the training date will incur a 50% admin charge and cancellations within 48 hours of the training date will incur an 80% admin charge.

    This training is compliant with UK Laws and does not apply to employees outside of the UK. 

    Full payment is required within 14 days of booking or dates cannot be held.
